Why are there occasional shortages of a few boxes when the customer receives the goods and the packaging is not damaged?

Difference in single support weight: fastener products have the problem of upper and lower tolerances. According to production experience, the influence of upper and lower tolerances will cause a difference in the single support weight of fasteners by ±3%. Because our packaging adopts “counting electronic scale” to set the weight, the quantity of each box depends on the sampling situation. If the sample taken is too light, and the subsequent packaged product is just too heavy, the heavier product will lead to a shortage of quantity, and vice versa. Please understand and accept this situation, because the difference in the single weight of fasteners is inevitable.

② Man-made sampling error: If the quantity difference is more than ±3%, and the whole batch has this situation, it is generally caused by human negligence. In such a situation, it is recommended that customers immediately report to our customer service.
